萬利嘉實業有限公司(以下簡稱「本公司」)保證銷售及代理的家庭電器機件完整及效能完善,並提供 1 年保養服務(日本伊瑪牌保用期為 2 年)。閣下需要保留印有購買日期之發票或換領單據,方可受保。保用細則如下:
- 產品保用必須與經銷商發出之正式購買收據或換領單據一併於修理時出示方為有效。請注意,如收據或單據有機會隨時間褪色,消費者需自行複印副本保存。如維修時未能出示購買收據或換領單據,本公司將保留收取檢查費用及零件費之權利。
- 如產品已過保養期,本公司將收取檢查費用,檢查費用不設退回。零件費將於 5 個工作天內報價,零件價格如有更改不設通知。
- 購買日起計保用期內,除機殼、損耗性零件(包括扇葉、網箍、內膽、上蓋等)及附件外,其它機件如有損壞或發生故障,經本公司技術員證實乃在正常使用情況下發生,本公司將提供免費修理及更換機件。經更換後之任何損壞零件/機件,將歸本公司所有。
- 如此保用證內所列之家庭電器(甲)曾經被非本公司技術員明顯地或非明顯地改裝、拆開、改換或修理; 或(乙)曾因錯誤操作、疏忽使用、穢物/昆蟲/水份滲入機內、意外事件、蟲蛀、天然災害而引致損壞; 或(丙)因不正常供電、電壓不正常導致電器操作失靈,本保用證將自動失效。
- 本產品不設上門檢查或維修,如需檢查或修理,客戶須負責將該家庭電器送往本公司的維修服務站,並於修妥後,於同一地點取回。一般維修時間為 5-10 個工作天。部份產品即日維修服務,詳情請各客戶服務中心查詢。
- 客戶需於維修完成後 3 個月內取回該產品,否則本公司將自行處理而不作通知。
- 除本公司保用證外,任何商號及人士發出之保用證,均不被本公司所認可。
- 如客戶要求代為安排運輸收件回本公司檢查及維修服務,須按區域收取運輸費,需時約 5 個工作天。離島區範圍暫不設收件服務。市區範圍 (香港區、九龍半島及新界區) 收費 $ 100 (來回兩程運輸)
- 產品保用只適用於香港及澳門。如屬商業或社團性質使用,保用期為半年。
- 如需購買損耗性零件(包括扇葉、網箍、內鍋、上蓋等)或附件,請先致電本公司客戶服務中心查詢存貨情況及報價。
- 本規範之中英文版本有差異時,應以中文版為準。

Many Profit Industrial Limited (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) to ensure the sales and agents of the home electrical appliances complete and effective, and provide 1-year warranty services (2-year warranty service for all Imarflex products). Customers are required to retain invoices or redemption receipt printed with the date of purchase.
- The warranty is valid only with dealer’s chop and date of purchase and with original purchase receipt / redemption document presented when service is rendered. Checking fee will be charged if receipt / redemption document is lost or can not be presented. Please make a copy if the receipt / redemption document color will fade out with time.
- Once the warranty period is over, checking fee will be charged. And the parts quotation will be given within 5 working days. MPL reserved rights to change the price without notice.
- For any defect which in our judgment is caused under normal use, MPL responsible for repairing or replacing parts excluding cabinet, consumptive parts (including fan blades, inner pots, lids…etc) and accessories, free of charge within the warranty period commencing from the date of purchase. Any defective part which has been replaced shall become our property.
- The warranty service shall automatically be void if(a) it has been explicitly or implicitly modified, opened, tempered with altered or repaired in any way by persons not authorized by MPL, or(b) it has been damaged through misuse, negligence, liquid ingress, accident, insects or natural calamities, or(c) it has become malfunctioned due to power interruption or abnormal voltage input.
- For service, the user will be responsible for the transportation of the product to and from our service center for repair. Repair lead time will be 5-7 working days.
- User should take back the product back within 3 months after it is repaired. Otherwise, MPL will not responsible for the lost or damage of product.
- Any warranty card other than this will not be recognized by MPL.
- Delivery charges should be paid by customer if the delivery of products for checking and repairing is requested. Delivery will take 5 working days (Outlying Islands not included). District areas (Hong Kong Island, Kowloon Peninsula and New Territories) Charges: HK$ 100- each time (deliver to / from maintenance centre)
- The warranty service is valid only in Hong Kong & Macau. In the case of commercial or communal use, warranty period will be 6 months.
- Please contact our CS centre for quotation and check the stock status first if customer need to purchase parts.
- In case there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English version and the Chinese version of the terms, the Chinese version shall prevail.
